Teppen Onna Dojo Izakaya | TOKYO – JAPAN

Every time we visit Tokyo, we make sure we find time to visit Ben’s all-time favourite Japanese Izakaya restaurant “TEPPEN ONNA DOJO” in Shibuya.

Popular among with Japanese and international visitors, this Izakaya restaurant was crowded and loud–in a good and fun way!  We expected the food to be fantastic, and Teppen Onna Dojo did not fail to impress!

While most of the time we find bar/counter seats less comfortable than table seats, sitting by the counter wouldn’t be a bad idea, as you can watch the chef prepare the food–Japanese style!

OUR TIPS

• This place usually is quite busy on the weekends, so be prepared to queue up a little.  It’s totally worth it!  ?

• If you have very limited time in Tokyo and can’t decide where to go for dinner, we suggest you still pop by to have a few bites here.  The food are served in small portions.  You could come here for appetiser (with a GREAT atmosphere) before heading off to another restaurant!
