Santhiya Resort & Spa | KOH YAO YAI – THAILAND

Santhiya Resort & Spa Koh Yao Yai is an eco-luxury resort comprising of 39 teak wood Pool Villas and 60 Deluxe rooms–all situated among the trees on the hillside.

The property boasts the best of what Koh Yao Yai has to offer–the long sandy beach front, the lush tropical forest and the panoramic view of the ocean frontage from the hill.

Koh Yao Yai island is a part of Phang Nga province, but the easiest way to get to the resort is by a speed boat from Phuket (it took us about 20 mins to get there!).

We got ourselves an Ocean View Pool Villa Suite and it was absolutely AMAZING!  It was very spacious– a total 135 sq.m. of living space, an outdoor area, indoor and out door showers, an outdoor jacuzzi and of course a private pool over looking the endless, serene ocean.

Our favourite time was definitely at sunset, as we could see both the sky changing colours and the reflections on the water.

The hotel also has an infinity pool for all guests by one of their restaurants at the top of the hill.  The view is even more incredible!
